Project Overview

The River Cities Dragon Boat Festival brings together teams, businesses, nonprofits, spectators, and volunteers for a weekend of competition and community celebration at Lake Willastein in Maumelle, Arkansas.

Flexx Forward Branding & Consulting was engaged to document the festival experience through cinematic video, photography, drone coverage, and short-form content designed to showcase the event's atmosphere, community impact, and regional appeal.

Coverage extended beyond race day itself, highlighting the full event experience—from team preparation and community engagement activities to on-the-water competition and evening festivities.
